Ed did a most thorough inspection of the pool and all of its equipment on a home that I am purchasing.  His report was very detailed including pictures of everything he inspected.  What also impressed me was the time he took to explain his report to me and answer all questions that I had.  I would recommend his service to anyone in need of a pool inspection.

We used Rin Robyn for all of our supply needs for our hot tub.  They also had covers made for our hot tub and made the process so easy!  We needed our last new cover when we put our house on the market and they worked hard to get it done and delivered during a pandemic, no less!  You can't go wrong with their service!

Rin Robyn pools is a great addition to our community.  A friendly staff, with lots of supplies in stock. I have been getting my water tested there since they opened. This sunday I showed up a few minutes after they closed and they were kind enough to accommodate me. And I love the way they refurbished the vintage gas station into a pool store.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but after dealing with Rin Robyn for many years, I thought it was time. They have opened, closed, repaired and serviced our pool for the better part of the past decade. By no means are they the cheapest, but they answer every question, and have resolved every issue we have had. Knowing they will be there in the fall and again in the spring is worth a few extra bucks in my opinion. Thanks for keeping us swimming!

I started using Rin Robyn faithfully last year after I opened my pool for the second season and the water was black with algae and bacteria.
The Pool techs at the store patiently over a couple of weeks of testing and treating helped me get my Pool water crystal clear.
When I had pump issues they were able to explain to me what was going on.
They are so CustomerCare oriented I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
